Ultrasound-Guided Injection Training — Course Description

Overview

This hands-on, in-person training is designed for nurse practitioners at every level — whether you're brand new to ultrasound-guided injections or looking to sharpen and expand your existing skills. Led by Coco, a nurse practitioner with over 10 years of active clinical experience in ultrasound joint injections and 3 years of clinic ownership, this course brings expert-level instruction directly to you and your team.

Coco travels to your location, so your group learns in a familiar, comfortable environment without the cost or disruption of sending your entire team away for training.

Who This Course Is For

This training is open to nurse practitioners at all experience levels:

• New to ultrasound injections — build your foundation with confidence, guided by an expert who has done this thousands of times in real clinical practice.

• Experienced NPs — refine your technique, expand your joint repertoire, and fill in the gaps that come from learning on the job.

If you and your colleagues are ready to add ultrasound-guided injections to your practice, this course was built for you.

What You Will Learn

This course covers ultrasound-guided injection technique across all major joints, including:

• Shoulder (glenohumeral, subacromial, AC joint)

• Elbow

• Wrist and hand

• Hip

• Knee

• Ankle and foot

Training is fully hands-on from start to finish. You will work directly with ultrasound equipment and live models throughout the day, building the muscle memory and clinical confidence you need to perform these procedures independently.

Course Format

• Format: In-person, hands-on only — no virtual option

• Location: Coco travels to your site (travel costs covered by the hosting group)

• Duration: Flexible — course length is tailored to your group's needs and goals

• Group size: Groups of 4 or more participants

• Models: Your group is responsible for providing 2–4 patient models for injection practice

• Date: Scheduled by mutual agreement with Coco

How to Book

This training is available exclusively for groups of 4 or more participants. To get started:

2. Agree on a date — Coco will work with you to find a date that fits both schedules.

3. Confirm travel arrangements — Travel costs are the responsibility of the hosting group and will be discussed and agreed upon before booking is confirmed.

4. Secure your spot — A deposit is required to hold your date.

5. Arrange your models — Your group will need to provide 2–4 individuals to serve as models for hands-on injection practice on the day of training.
